- The day FORAE Debate How can we improve our buildings? has closed its program and has the institutional support of the Junta de Castilla y León. It will allow a guided visit to two emblematic facilities such as the LUCIA Building and the Torrelago neighborhood

El Cluster Best Buildings and one of its members, the Spanish Association of Energy Valorization of Biomass, AVEBIOM together with the Innovative Construction Efficient Business Association, AEICE organize this day FORAE Debate How can we improve our buildings? that the 28 day of September of 2017 will be held at the Feria de Valladolid facilities on the occasion of the Expobiomasa 2017 Fair.
With about 80 people already registered, the event, which will feature different conference sessions, promises to be one of the reference meetings in Spain on how to improve buildings betting on rehabilitation, urban regeneration, quality and energy efficiency in buildings
The FORAE Debate session will allow the development of a program in which there will be a broad institutional representation of Castilla León, Valladolid City Council and the main organizations representing the sector. It will be inaugurated by the maximum representation of the Community in matters of building, the Minister of Development of Castilla y León, Juan Carlos Suárez-Quiñones accompanied by the presidents of AVEBIOM, AEICE and CNC. For the closure the presence of the General Director of Housing, Architecture and Urbanism is confirmed. Junta de Castilla y León, Angel Mª Marinero Peral.
The specific contents will review the main developments in building matters in Castilla León through the interventions of Enrique Cobreros of AEICE (Strategies for a modern, sustainable and competitive building sector in Castilla y León), Felipe Romero, Architect of the ICCL who He will expose Examples of Sustainable Construction in Castilla y León as well as Raúl Sánchez, from the CARTIF Foundation to present the innovative URBAN GreenUP Project for the re-naturalization of our cities.
There will also be time to learn in detail solutions to address the challenges of building through the presentation of Alejandro Mesa and Leonardo Ramal (INTESAN_IBSTT) on new technologies in Rehabilitation of Sanitation, as well as the exposure of the case of urban regeneration of Orcasitas through the exhibition of Carlos and Jorge Gómez, of Renovemos Madrid.
A round table for debate with the main users could not be missing in this FORAE Conference. In this sense and moderated by the secretary general of the National Construction Confederation, Pedro Fernández, there will be the presence of José Carlos García Pérez, Director of the Environment Service of the Valladolid City Council, on which the Municipal Energy Agency of Valladolid depends.
