A unique fair

Expobiomasa is a unique fair where visitors and exhibitors get more contacts in three days than in a whole year. It is a professional fair, in which three of each 4 visitors were already engaged or involved in projects related to biomass, and the rest comes to find products and services to join.

The International Bioenergy Congress -CIB- will dedicate its 14th edition to reviewing the solutions that solid biomass and renewable gas contribute to the change in the energy model in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America and the challenges that arise to achieve their full incorporation into the mix energetic.
The jury recognizes the work of both entities as "guardians of sustainable forest management", essential to achieve an energy recovery of biomass with the greatest guarantees of sustainability.
In addition to the Innovation Award given to Sugimat, ÖkoFEN's ZeroFlame technology and Palazzetti's total pellet combustion system will receive second prize. In this call, and for the first time, the Innovation Award in the field of renewable gases is awarded.

Prodesa Medioambiente presents at Expobiomasa a new optimization process for its clients and performance tests with two different developments to increase production and lower its electricity consumption. The results have been very satisfactory and they are currently working with five more clients to improve their electrical cost per ton of pellets using their method of designing dies.
