By means of the construction of modular pieces of 75x75cm and 32cm height, we facilitate the design and construction of unlikely shapes, carrying out and solving storage almost on demand. The modules are installed on the floor and connected to each other by a steel pipe through which the pellet is transported by the boiler's suction system; An automatic switching unit external to the silo allows to switch between the modules through which the boiler must suck.
Each module has a gate (piston) in closed position, which is only opened by the switching unit; integrated by a compressor, electronic control unit and electro pneumatic valves. It is the switchboard (two versions) which through sequential programming performs switching or capacitive probe detects or not through flow ordering jump to the next module. The sequence or way of acting of the control unit also allows the pellet to be agitated to facilitate the fall towards the intake or product intake.
