The new presses pelletizadora "Kappa96" and "M20" of General Dies will be in Expobiomasa

alt = "The new“ KAPPA96 ”and M20” pelletizing press from General Dies will be at # Expobiomasa2017 "

The KAPPA96 pelletizer, compact, complete, at low cost and for large productions, allows to convert a product / mixture in the form of flour or in the form of small flakes, into pellets. It consists mainly of a dispenser, a paddle conditioner for the mixing and to add liquid, a conduit for introducing the product into the machine and the pelletizer. The KAPPA96 is characterized by:

  • solid structure electrowelded with "rounded" design General Dies
  • the innovative rotor group with "securlock" matrix with conical connection for a more precise fixing and less wear in the coupling seat over time
  • the matrix with internal diameter of 960mm in "FS" version to reduce replacement costs
  • the innovative cooling duct with pump and heat exchanger to increase the life of the bearings in the rollers, and with operating temperature control system
  • the internal system of slow rotation in the matrix for a faster replacement operation
  • The radial pellet cutting system with adjustable multilama
  • the motor group with belt drive and high efficiency motor with 355 or 400 KW power
  • the possibility of Atex certification

On the other hand, the innovative compact pelletizer for low production "M20" of General Dies is composed by:

  • lid with loading hopper and forced dosage coil of the product
  • compact rotor group directly connected to the gear motor unit to contain the dimensions, eliminate non-essential details and reduce costs
  • electrowelded structure of adequate thickness and reduced dimensions
  • matrix with internal diameter of 200mm with connection "Cylindrical" to reduce costs
  • manual system for regulating the two rollers independently in the front of the machine
  • radial pellet cutting system, to meet customers' demands
  • possibility of Atex certification

These pelletizers allow converting a product/mixture into a pellet. Like all General Dies pelletizers, they are at the service of companies interested in pelletizing and treating their own products: sawdust, shavings, biomass, alfalfa, straw and hay, animal feed.imales, mixtures of bran and cereals, rapeseed and beet pulp, compost, organic fertilizers, solid urban waste, plastics, etc.
