Diflux firewood, Dinak's new triple-wall concentric fireplace will be at Expobiomasa

DIFLUX LEÑA, DINAK's new triple wall concentric fireplace will be in #Expobiomasa2017

The DIFLUX WOOD product range is defined as a Triple Wall Concentric Chimney with the smoke evacuation duct specifically designed for firewood stoves.

This model of concentric chimney represents an excellent technical solution for this type of installations, since with the same chimney the evacuation of the combustion fumes through the insulated interior duct is carried out simultaneously, and the air intake for the stove through the concentric duct .

In this type of installations it is not possible to use the usual concentric chimneys in which the smoke evacuation duct is not isolated, since in installations with fuel wood the smoke temperature is very high, ± 500 ° C, which causes the heating of the inlet air of the stove, making it difficult to enter the appliance.

The technical advantages of the DIFLUX LEÑA range are:

  1. Isolation of the evacuation conduit. The smoke evacuation duct is insulated with 30 mm of high density rock wool, which prevents heating of the intake air, guaranteeing its entry into the stove.
  2. Aesthetic design The min designimalView of the tongue-and-groove joints in this range, together with the longitudinal butt welding of the outer wall of all the pieces, and the use of stainless steel with a gloss finish for the outer wall, give the range a high aesthetic connotation, essential for this type of of facilities.

The watertight stoves are those in which the combustion air of the stove is taken from the outside of the house, thus avoiding the placement of ventilation grilles in the room in which the stove is placed to guarantee the renewal of air, and therefore, increasing the energy efficiency of the installation by avoiding heat losses by said grids.

This type of devices are not yet very present in the market, but in the coming years they will be increasingly frequent, since from the European Union is becoming increasingly emphasized that the new buildings are the most energy efficient, reducing with it the energy consumption, and thus helping to comply with the established contamination protocols.

For this, it is stressed that the house must be properly isolated from the outside, avoiding openings or gaps that cause heat loss. That is why conventional atmospheric stoves, which take the combustion air from the room through the ventilation grilles, are being replaced by their watertight equivalent, which take the combustion air directly from the outside, without affecting the balance heat of the stay.
