The new biomass boiler ECO-HK convinces by its efficient operation and the latest combustion technology.
It stands out its system of stepped grills with crushing crushing function, which consists of three rotating grills located one after another with staggered arrangement that can move independently and perform the process of cleaning the grid without power reduction. This, together with the smoke recirculation included as standard and the automatic cleaning of all the steps of the exchanger, allows to use both chips and pellets or any other agricultural fuel easily and comfortably.
The combustion regulation system uses both the Lambda probe and the new design of the combustion chamber and the level sensor of the embers bed to adapt to the quality of the fuel, achieving optimal combustion. The combustion chamber has been designed by using CFD software together with the FH Wels, reducing emissions to values below 10 ppm of CO and 10mg / m³ of particles (pellet-13% O2) with a combustion efficiency of 95 %
A new independent tertiary air regulation system and a combustion temperature probe have also been introduced to prevent excess combustion temperatures that could damage the boiler, ensuring a long boiler life.
Thanks to the possibilities of telemanagement (APP, web service, KNX, ModBus, Loxone ...) the boiler can be integrated into remote remote management systems with ease. In addition, its high reliability and low maintenance cost makes it ideal for this type of customers: energy managers, heat networks, swine and poultry farms, geriatric residences, student residences, hotels, heated swimming pools and industrial applications.
