This system achieves an advance regarding the behavior of biomass boilers as an instantaneous gas boiler. It is the only biomass boiler on the world market that behaves like an instantaneous boiler.
The main characteristic features of this new water exchanger are:
1. Tubular HORIZONTAL heat exchanger
2. The inside of the tubes contains water. The fumes move around the tubes. Unlike the conventional tubular exchanger with turbulators, in this case the fumes do NOT circulate inside the tube.
3. The exchanger has a capacity of 8 liters of water, which are heated in a very short time and we achieve a similar operation to a gas boiler.
4. The choice of new materials such as copper, with a higher thermal conductivity.
UNGARO water pellet boilers and water heaters incorporate a horizontal tubular water exchanger made of copper. Copper has higher thermal conductivity than steel or aluminum and therefore achieves a greater speed in the transmission of heat.
The pellet hydro-stove can be installed in a single-family house and our heat exchanger technology offers many advantages, which we proceed to detail below:
1. Less water in the hydro-stove or water boiler, only 8 liters in your body.
to. NO CONDENSATION: The condensation problems in the body of the stove are completely eliminated.
b. REDUCTION OF COSTS, HYDRAULIC SIMPLIFICATION: It is no longer necessary to install the anti-condensation valve in the return of the hydro-stove or boiler in order to protect the water heater,
c. INSTANTANEOUS BOILER: The behavior of the water stove or UNGARO pellet boiler is as if it were an instantaneous boiler (gas boiler), that is, within a few minutes of starting hot water is obtained to heat the radiators.
d. FUEL SAVING: The water hydrator or boiler is much longer in modulation and therefore the number of on and off of the water heater are much lower, achieving lower pellet consumption and lower power consumption.
2. Greater ease of cleaning. The water from the water heater is inside the horizontal copper pipes and not outside, as it happens in most of the stoves on the market, so the soot is deposited on the outside of these tubes.
The user must move a plate on the tubes that will eliminate the soot.
